Products & Orders

• All products listed on aquanoxshop.watskart.com are manufactured and supplied by Aqua Nox, South Delhi.

• Product images shown are for representation only. Actual packaging may vary slightly based on batches.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

Shipping & Delivery

• Deliveries are handled within 15 km of our manufacturing unit.

• Standard delivery time: within 24 hours of order confirmation.

• If delivery takes longer than 24 hours, it is free of charge.

Payments

• Payments can be made securely through Razorpay or Cash on Delivery (₹29 fee).

• Minimum order value: ₹350.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Refunds (for prepaid orders only) are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Liability

Aqua Nox is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events such as bad weather, strikes, or delivery partner issues.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or technical error (with full refund).
