Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only in case of a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product received.

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof on WhatsApp at 9266326252.

• Once verified, a replacement or refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated only for prepaid orders where replacement is not possible.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

• COD orders are eligible for replacement only, not refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product safety, opened or used containers cannot be returned.
